  1. Phase 1: Direct Sale Auction Store 1. Auction Item Listing: Players should be able to select an in-game item to auction. They must specify the price for the item. Each auction item should have: Name Description Image (if available) Price Duration of the auction (e.g., 7 days, 15 days, etc.) Once a player lists an item, it should go into a pending state, waiting for Admin approval. 2. Admin Approval: Admins should receive a notification when a new item is listed. They should be able to: Approve the listing, making it visible to all players. Reject the listing with a reason (e.g., item not allowed, inappropriate price, etc.) Edit the listing details before approval. 3. Buying: Players can view the list of all available auctions. They can buy items outright for the specified price. Purchases use the Euro balance from the player's account. Once an item is bought, it should be automatically removed from the auction list and sent to the respective player's inventory/account. 4. Ending an Auction: Players should receive a notification when their auction ends, whether it was successful or not. Successful auctions transfer the Euro amount to the seller's account. Phase 2: Comprehensive Auction Store (With Bidding) 1. Auction Item Listing: Players should be able to select an in-game item to auction. They must specify the starting bid or price for the item. They must specify the amount and the withdrawal method (Stripe/PayPal). A transaction fee (e.g., 10%) should be automatically deducted from the withdrawn amount, credited to the Admin. 2. Admin Approval for Withdrawal: Admins should receive a notification for withdrawal requests. They should be able to: Approve the withdrawal. Reject the withdrawal with a reason. 3. Transaction History: Players should be able to view their transaction history, including: Auction sales Donations Withdrawals Fees deducted Admins should have a complete log of all player transactions for monitoring and accounting purposes. Note: The Euro balance in the Account Panel is unified, shared between the regular Store with donations and the Auction list. You can use your Auction balance to purchase items from the Donation store, buy items auctioned by other players, or withdraw funds (when that option becomes available).
